We never base decisions on appearance, voice, accent, age, gender, ethnicity, disability or any other personal characteristic.
We won't download, record, screenshot or share candidate videos outside our hiring team.
We use candidate information only for recruitment, and contact candidates only through MyWorkFace until they choose to reply.
We understand MyWorkFace measures how we decide (for example, watch time before each decision) to help us hire fairly.

How it works

Candidates choose to be visible to verified employers. You only see people who opted in.
Watch each candidate's short video, then shortlist or pass. Decisions unlock after 10 seconds, so everyone gets a fair hearing.
Invite shortlisted candidates to talk. They get your message by email and reply to you directly.
Your fairness dashboard shows how your team decides, so you can spot snap judgements.

How fairly are you deciding?

We don't collect candidates' gender, ethnicity or other personal characteristics, so we can't check outcomes by group. Instead we measure how you decide: decisions made in the first few seconds are where first-impression bias does the most damage.
